Where are our cheese lovers?
We are thrilled to announce that we have added the Merlot Bellavitano by Sartori!
What caught The Hen’s eye (besides Merlot), was the description of this Sartori Reserve Cheese. The sound of “rich, creamy cheese” being “married” to the berry and plum of Merlot, was just too tempting. We know many of our guests love to entertain, therefore, we will also provide pairing ideas we have found for the Merlot Bellavitano cheese:
Wines – Shiraz, Pinot Noir, and of course, Merlot
Beers – India Pale Ale, Wheat, or a Hoppy Pilsner
Foods – Dried Fruits and Nuts, as well as a Crusty French or Italian Bread
